With over 15 years of creative industry experience at EMAP, Bauer, EII and AAAS, Ben was part of the team responsible for putting Gail Porter on The Houses of Parliament and generating pioneering ideas to get brands noticed.
After completing a degree in Marketing, Ben started his career working as the Marketing Manager at AAAS – the US-based media company that sells hundreds of thousands of magazines every week. He then worked in the City of London for a huge financial company, specialising in marketing across a broad array of sectors.
In 1999 he joined EMAP Consumer Media, heading up creative campaigns for publications including FHM, Empire, Q, Mojo, Kerrang, Grazia, Heat, Yours and Closer. In 2004 he created ticketing website, aloud.com and negotiated a deal to be the sole online retailer of Glastonbury tickets resulting in massive success for his company. Ben was heading up much of the marketing function by the time EMAP was bought out by Bauer and helped to ensure a smooth transition.
As PR4’s ideas man, he is responsible for developing creative campaigns for clients that will generate the best results. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Ben has a huge network of contacts and creativity that enables us to make brands stand out from the crowd and have a measurable impact to their bottom line.
