Objective

To make Trojan® stand out amongst its competitors and encourage people to try the product for the first time.

What we did

We developed a highly creative 'Safe Ride Home' campaign where taxi drivers across the country handed out free condoms to passengers on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.

Results

Global press coverage reached nearly 83 million people. 'Safe Ride Home' was championed by the media as an innovative and successful scheme encouraging the younger generation to choose and use condoms. The Department of Health and Primary Care Trusts across the UK recognised Trojan® for making condoms available at the most appropriate time.
