Jemma began her career at the digital agency Crayon, handling B2B accounts including BT and Ladbrokes before she went on to become a project manager for agencies such as Tequila and Lida.
With more than 10 years of experience in working with brands, Jemma is particularly strong in the area of brand perception. She includes among her achievements helping to increase customer footfall for Gala Bingo shortly after the introduction of the smoking ban, and being part of a team that produced an award-winning campaign for Sainsbury.
She also orchestrated a multi-language,
multi-country campaign for Nissan Europe,
and helped to create a customer relationship management system for NatWest.
Jemma is an experienced traveller and has taken trips through Asia, Australia, the US and South America.
