Meet our team.

We officially opened the doors for business in 2003 as a consumer PR agency working with clients including Church & Dwight UK and Warren Evans.    Since then we have had the great pleasure of working with many established brands and businesses including Government and the NHS.


Providing a valuable service to our clients is our passion point. That’s why, in 2013, we took a bold step outside of the traditional agency model. The London office officially closed and we now operate as a network agency. Zero overheads mean bottom line savings for our clients and allows us to provide senior level expertise at affordable prices.


Our dedicated in-house team work in collaboration with an extensive portfolio of communication specialists to create bespoke, strategic and effective campaigns.  We guarantee that only senior public relation experts are assigned to work on your account and we are rightly proud of our 100% record of delivering against our KPIs.

     Chrissie got the PR bug early as a fresh faced 15-year-old on work experience at a London celebrity agency.  A few years later and a PR degree at Leeds, Chrissie joined DSA PR to work on Procter & Gamble brands and Yahoo! where a few good ideas really did change the world.


    Following a further stint working in celebrity and entertainment PR, Chrissie set up PR4 in 2003 with a mission to deliver value and results.

    Meet Noelle and you will understand why she is so darn good at crafting creative copy. Raised in California she really is the complete package… she has style, charisma, wit and a fantastic imagination to boot. Her ability to craft and tell a great story is truly magical. As well as working with PR4 Noelle is an interiors journalist, businesswoman and avid Instagrammer!


  • Kate Sheffield

    As a hard working PR professional, Kate has gained vast experience in both consumer and ethical healthcare. Having worked at Cohn & Wolfe for 6 years, she managed both consumer and healthcare professional PR campaigns for household names such as Flora, Domestos and NiQuitin. Kate also has great experience working on smaller niche campaigns including corporate responsibility projects for Diageo and issues management for Five Alive and Kraft. Accumulating years of experience communicating with both consumer and healthcare media as well as being closely involved in KOL and advisory group work ensures Kate has established excellent relationships with high profile media medics and opinion leaders.

    More recently Kate has been consulting for small pharma companies providing her with valuable insights into client priorities and requirements as well as creative strategic involvement in marketing OTC intimate health products. In the past couple of years, her work has concentrated on women’s intimate health, male and female fertility as well as on products for menopausal symptoms, BV, fertility, breastfeeding and oral health.


  • Alison Peart

    Writing and travel are the twin passions of Alison. Straight out of University Alison worked as a property surveyor and then moved into the tourism industry to make the most of her globe-trotting know-how and love of travel. Working at Trailfinders Ltd for 15 years, she gained vital skills in sales and then moved into product where her interest in writing was born and flourished. Writing brochure copy on exotic far flung destinations as well as proof reading, editing, writing web content and composing destination guides were part of her daily job as well as assisting the editorial team with “The Trailfinder” magazine with a circulation of over 1 million.


    Since leaving Trailfinders, Alison has moved into the field of PR where she has added to her writing skills and gained experience in social media marketing, editing reports and translated documents as well as writing lifestyle content for campaigns. Being able to put her creative gene to good use has been very fulfilling and when not writing or reading travel magazines, Alison has an interest in interior design and can often be found upcycling furniture, refurbishing chairs or testing paint effects around the house!
